Like the pros say, fitness is 30% part of your workout regime and 70% part of your food intake which lead Kim to follow one of Hollywood’s infamous diets, the Atkins Diet.
We all know how speed diets can be detrimental to a nursing mother, but fortunately the Atkins way of eating provided a balanced way for new moms like Kim K to shed the baby weight while continuing to nurture her new born.
So what is this Atkins diet all about?
With the Atkins Diet, you’re basically eating less carbs and replacing it with protein and vegetables. Remember how some people cut out rice for lunch and dinner in an attempt to lose weight? Well that’s exactly how Atkins works!
